Order Cancellation

Please be aware that once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it because processing begins immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to begin the return process. After the returned item is received, we can process your refund.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you may choose to have your order either reshipped or refunded if it is lost in transit.

If you selected Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

Lost or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is correct before placing your order.

If the mistake was made on our end, we will take full responsibility and replace the order at no additional cost.

Customs Fees

We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes once items have shipped. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that your package may be subject to customs charges upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking may not always be available for some free shipping methods.

Tracking Says “No Information Available”

Some shipping carriers take 2–5 business days to update tracking information. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking has still not updated, please contact our support team.
